Security

Mooikloof Heights is an upmarket residential estate, located in Pretoria East surrounded by neighbouring developing and established estates.

With this in mind, as well as the ever dynamic risk profile of a developing estate, the decision was taken to implement sound security infrastructure, utilising an efficient armed guard force supported by sophisticated security technology.

Integrated electronic security solutions have been deployed which boasts sophisticated access control systems, CCTV, complimented by a +/- 4 kilometre solid brick wall with electrified perimeter fence and an on-site Control Room.

On-site Control Room operators monitor the perimeter, access points and specific alarm systems, enabling them to immediately dispatch skilled armed response units patrolling the estate 24 hours of the day.

An independent security company provides back-up support to the on-on site task force.

This combination affords the residents of Mooikloof Heights Estate the sought after peace of mind and relaxed lifestyle.
